ABOUT SACHA DESHMUKH
Now a business consultant and senior leadership coach. Sacha has over 20 years’ experience as a chief executive, leading some of the world's most high profile organisations through a turbulent world.
Sacha Deshmukh was a chief executive for over 20 years, leading high profile organisations that navigate complex environments and global geopolitics.
His experience over the last two decades includes five years as the chief executive of Amnesty International, as well as serving as CEO of UNICEF UK, Chief Executive of Smart Energy GB, Executive Director of the UK Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman, and nine years as Chief Executive of the global communications company MHP Group.
Over the last two decades, Sacha Deshmukh has steered organisations through tough business strategy decisions, amid turbulent international affairs and the glare of public attention.
In many of his roles, Sacha has been a prominent public face, subject to considerable media, political, and social media scrutiny.
In addition to his executive roles, Sacha was a Board Chair and non-executive director of several organisations. He was a non-executive director of the UK Fundraising Regulator for nine years, served on the Board of Consumer Focus (a UK government non-departmental public body), and for many years chaired the international NGO War Child and was the Vice Chair of Citizens Advice England & Wales.
Now, Sacha offers trusted counsel as a leadership coach and business consultant. He is also available for public speaking, at business events and conferences - talking about leadership, geopolitics and his experience.
Sacha also serves as a Non-Executive Director on boards, adding his experience leading large organisations and working in multilateral politics in discussions and decisions around the boardroom table.
